Choosing the right equipment for your conference can be a challenge, we have taken our most popular setups and packaged them here based on maximum delegate numbers.
These packages include all required cables and spare batteries for microphones. Delivery and installation are also included within 25 miles of Bristol City Centre, for other locations please call for a quote.

Depending on access to the venue and which package you opt for installation normally would take and hour for the 50 – 120 delegate packages, the larger packages would be approximately 2 hours.
All projectors include HDMI connections, please ensure your laptop has an HDMI port or an adaptor with HDMI, we can supply adapters if required.
Once setup our engineer will provide you a handover in which they will explain the functions you may need to use such as muting microphones and adusting volumes.
Absolutely, we can arrange for a technician to be onsite for your event at an additional cost, please get in touch for details.
We can supply a follow spot lighting unit which can be fixed in position for the duration or can be operated by a technican, there is an additional cost for this.
Most if not all venues will require suppliers to provide them with a copy of a current Public Liability Insurance (PLI) policy and a certificate of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) these two documents ensure we are fully insured and that the equipment we are using has been tested and conforms to currently safety requirements.
With our conferencing events the booking fee will be 50% of the total hire amount and confirms all of the equipment necessary to fulfil your requests. The balance would be due prior to the event taking place.
